Shake in a Boston mixer:
2.0 oz. orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed mandarin)
1.0 oz. honey-base gin (such as Caledonian Spirits Barr Hill)
0.5 oz. hazelnut liqueur (such as Frangelico)
Dash orange bitters
[ice cubes]

Pour:
Martini glass

Garnish:
Orange wheel

Serving note:
Splash with bubbly or even just club soda for a mimosa substitute.
